Like most viruses, the currently spreading swine flu virus has a coat formed of proteins which surround the genetic material that allows the virus to hijack a cell and reproduce. The 2009 "Swine Flu", bird flu H1N1 outbreak appears to cause fatalities and nonfatal cases in humans, be alert for suspicious cases of influenza.

* No vaccine exists for humans. Scientists say the H1N1 swine flu virus detected in Mexico and the United States, Canada and Europe, appears to respond to treatment with oseltamivir (Tamiflu) and zanamivir (Relenza).

*The swine flu virus dies when cooked at temperatures of 160Â°F/70Â°C or higher.
Swine flu looks like any other case of influenza with high fever, runny nose, body aches, sore throat, headaches, cough and fatigue. Just like with regular influenza, pneumonia and death can occur.

In children, emergency warning signs that need urgent medical attention include:
• Fast breathing or trouble breathing
• Bluish skin color
• Not eating
• Not drinking enough fluids to urinate as in usual behavior
• Being so listless your child is hard to wake up or keep awake
• Being so irritable that the child is uncomfortable, and can not be consoled when being held
• Flu-like symptoms that initially improve but then return with fever and a worse cough
• Fever with bruised-looking rash or a sunburn appearance to the skin

Prevention

In terms of prevention, the two best ways to prevent contracting swine flu (or any influenza) is maintaining
a good hygiene and to Boost & Protect Your Immune System.

Examples to maintain good hygiene:
* Cover your mouth when you sneeze or cough.
*Regular hand-washing by washing your hands well and oftenand.
*Your tooth brush can be a culperet for germs too, so remember to replace or disinfect it after a cold or illness.
*Avoid contact with others who have symptoms of illness and Stay a safe distance from those infected.
Examples to Boost & Protect Your Immune System are:
* Get the proper sleep your body needs to replenish and renew. Your brain uses this time to download and process the events of the day.
*Exercize or walk to keep your circulatory system and lungs from delapidation.
*Eat healthy .Eat fruit, xtra Vitamine C, foods that contain garlic and onion (two natural antibiodics) or add garlic supliments to your diet), a drop of pure lemon essential oil in your water is a good antioxident.

Influenza Bath RECIPE
(essential Oils):

2 drops Eucalyptus
6 drops Frankincense
3 DROPS cypress
6 DROPS Spruce
15 drops Ravensara
1 drop Wintergreen
Stir essential oils thoroughly into 1/4 cup Epsom salt or baking soda, then add salt/oil mixture to hot bath water while tub is filling. Soak in hot bath until water cools.

How to use: For dietary or topical use. When using as a supplement, dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid such as goat's or rice milk. Possible skin sensitivity. If pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your physician. Do not use near fire, flame, heat or sparks. Dilution recommended for both topical and internal use. After much researching and my own experiences, I acquired this Crystal Skull to help with healing work for children diagnosed with Autism, Downs Syndrome, ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia and the list goes on.

In my many years of service providing child care I have been guided and blessed to work with special needs children. Two wonderful children have been with me since the year 2003. One child has severe Autism and one child is on the severe spectrum of Downs Syndrome. It is my belief, after reading study results on Autistic brains such as, "Autism - Brain areas Grow too Fast" Monday July 10, 2006 Researchers at University of California Davis have found that the amygdala and the hippocampus are abnormally large in boys with autism. The amygdala, an area associates with processing emotions, appears to grow "too big too fast" while the hippocampus, an area involved in memory, was larger at all ages. In layman's terms, it was found that each brain had an enlarged, over developed, thickened outer coating of the brain. This is where electronic messages are relayed.
Often the thought process is incomplete when interference occurs with the destination of electrochemical nerve signals to and from the brain,

Could this be enough to help get brain messages to where they were destine to go? I do not see why not. So I have made hair products using electronic quartz to help my day care children. I can state my children have shown and show more progress than ever before. And now I have noticed It helps my older children too. My daughter in college wears electronic quartz while reading and studying to help her retention span and her nervousness when taking tests. My son uses electronic quartz to help him focus. I too have found a positive improvement with energy health, and so many other things within the many past months of exposure to piezoelectric quartz products.
