The Aura consists of subtle bodies that form the biomagnetic sheath around your physical body. Chakras are linkage points between your Aura and your physical body. Apart from the magnificent beauty of crystals, Minerals and Gemstones, they can also be used to eliminate chakra imbalances, bringing chakras into harmony in order to work together. Each Chakra links to a specific area of life and to various organs and conditions. When balancing and healing the chakras, place the appropriate stone on the chakra for 15 minutes. This may be on the body (front or back), above the head, below the feet or on all the chakras depending on the task.
