Depression and Spirit People

Although  medically depression is known by a defiency

of the chemical serotonin in relationship with our brain,

a thought conceived is “what actually allows this defiency”.

It is a documented fact that Depression hits all ages from

infants to the elderly and between. It is non discrimative

to what sex, what color of skin, or where one lives. I am one who

has experienced the fact our Emotions can be the cause or the cure.

Emotions seam to have the ruling power over this syndrome.

Our spirit too has a lot to do with our emotions and our healing.

The phrase " strong willed or strong spirited" paves the way

to miracles, to accomplishments, be they simple or extreme,

to faith and to just getting through everyday life. We are all

spirit people. The difference is,  is our full spirit awake,  dosing off,  or asleep.

What we need to understand is depression sets when we are at a point in our

lives where we wish not to be, due to controlled or uncontrolling

circumstances. We need to fast forward our focus on life. We need to

realize that although this is a forging pain to our spirit it will pass if we allow it.

The loss of a loved one, an injury that becomes frustrating because it prevents us from accomplishments or any one of many syndromes that may be perceived as holding us back, or interfering with our walk are in reality a blessing of the spirit.

A man who runs through life fast paced may brake his ankle and

because of this he is frustrated because he has to slow down.

He may get depressed because he is not accomplishing what he has

been driven to do by his own self.

Yet spirit can allow him to see and experience many wonderful things.

As you feel good to bless others, others need to feel good to bless you.

By this person allowing the kindness of others to enter, he allows a fulfillment of the spirit  of compassion to exist. He may have time now to spend with others and feed the spirit of friendship. He may be called to accomplish

a task of kindness to one in need, feeding the spirit of giving,

and thankfulness.  Just by continuing forward He may be an example to others and feed  the spirit of courage, will and determination.

Basically, we all influence each other. We are never alone…. even when we believe we are.  We need to realize people need to be able to have the opportunity to show someone they are appreciated, to give back, to love unconditionally. When you do not allow this

or deny this to happen, You are  actually acting selfish, you are taking away from and preventing other spirits to  flow naturally in life’s rhythm, causing distress.

That is why depression can be a double edged sword. It isolates and cuts you out of persons lives and the most hurtful is....  it cuts spirits who care out of your life.

I believe there are reasons why some spirit people are drawn to other spirit people

throughout our lives. These are blessings to be understood with time. But for now, understand,

the grate force of universal consciousness has allowed this.

Don't block off your spirit from those surrounding you or it shall come to pass,

That ye shall become as an empty shell lying upon the shore.
